Third Party Billing Arrangements
Students - Before you enroll:
Determine if your financial sponsor or employer has third party billing arrangements with PCC. Your sponsor will provide a billing authorization to you or to the college. The completed billing authorization must be submitted to the college by fax at 503-533-2878, or by mail to: Portland Community College, Third Party Billing, PO Box 6119, Aloha, OR 97007-0119 by the deadline listed below. A separate billing authorization must be submitted to the PCC Bookstore for text books.
Check your student account regularly using PCC-Pay. If there is a tuition balance, either we did not receive the authorization, or it is incomplete. It is up to you to pay or to follow up with your sponsor to get the authorization to the college before the due date. PCC does not send paper bills. It is important for you to view your account during the first week of term to make sure everything is in order. If there is a balance, you either need to pay the balance or work with your sponsor to revise your billing authorization. This must be received by the cut off date below.
If you take a course not specifically authorized by your sponsor, you will be held financially responsible must pay the full cost of the class.

* You must register for all classes, including wait-listed, open-entry and late-starting classes by the fourth week of the term. The college will not bill any additional charges after that date. Billing authorizations received after the cut-off date will not be processed.
Processing Fees
- A $5 service fee will be charged to your account for each billing sent
- A $10 service fee will be charged for international student billings
- A $10 service fee will be charged for each instance of special handling or late authorizations
- A late fee of up to $75 will be charged for any authroization received after the due date listed above
