Petra Sairanen
Petra Sairanen was born in Finland in 1972 and received her BFA from the University of New Hampshire and her MFA from Brandeis University. Her works are in numerous private collections as well as the RACC Portable Works Collection (Portland, OR), North Shore Children’s Hospital (Salem, Massachusetts), Children’s Hospital of Boston (Massachusetts), Astra Zeneca Pharmaceutical Company, (Newton, Massachusetts), and the Boston University Fuller Collection. She has exhibited in many solo shows, including Oranj Gallery (Portland).
Sairanen teaches painting and design at Rock Creek and is the director of the Helzer Gallery.
