Sylvania Health Technology (West) Renovation Project

3D rendering of the Sylvania HT West buildingRenovations to the west side of Sylvania’s Health Technology (HT West) building will enhance the existing spaces to create a welcoming environment that celebrates health, inclusivity, and wellness.

Improvements include upgrades to common spaces that increase accessibility and foster collaboration, the addition of three new healthcare program classrooms, and four physical education rooms.

An inclusive all-user locker room will be added, along with optimization of the building’s mechanical, electrical, and roofing systems. The renovations will improve energy efficiency and accessibility onsite, and elevate the student experience on campus.

“This renovation will advance PCC’s mission to support student success and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.” Gary Sutton, Planning & Capital Construction Manager
