Intended Outcomes for the course
Apply essential leadership strategies and attitudes promoting effectiveness in a diverse work environment.
Employ effective leadership techniques for motivating individuals and teams to maximize productivity in the workplace.
Develop a self leadership strategic plan identifying problems, solutions, and opportunities that lead to achievable actions.
Evaluate effective leadership strategies to help employees determine appropriate decision making techniques that support problem solving that leads to successful resolution.

Various individual and/or group skill building activities such as role-plays", case studies, or other exercises geared toward critical analysis of course concepts.
