Course Description

Introduces organizing, planning, leading, and controlling functions of an office and the resulting role and responsibilities of the office manager. Recommended: BA 206. Audit available.

Intended Outcomes for the course

Upon successful completion of Office Management, the student will be able to:

ý Acquire the knowledge needed to perform the duties of an office manager.

ý Communicate within a department and other departments using standard business terminology.
