Course Description
Introduces image editing features of Adobe Photoshop to create and refine graphics for websites. Introduces image editing techniques and export options for the web. Emphasizes using the Photoshop interface efficiently to produce web images and assets. Recommended: MM 120. Audit available.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon successful completion of this course, student will be able to:
1. Use Adobe Photoshop to create web graphics following current professional and/or industry standards.
2. Use Adobe Photoshop to modify digital images.
3. Use critical thinking skills to incorporate digital images and web graphics into websites.
Outcome Assessment Strategies
A letter grade will be issued for this course based upon:
- graphics produced using Photoshop.
