Course Description
For employees of contacted organizations only. Learn new or improve old 12-Lead ECG skills. Pre-req: basic ECG knowledge. Class will improve treatment decisions and patient care. Intended any health care provider needing 12-lead ECG interpretation.
Intended Outcomes for the course
Participants who successful complete this course will be able to:
1. Utilize a logical approach to examining and interpreting a 12-lead ECG in clinical practice.
2. Recognize what each part of the ECG represents and subsequent abnormalities.
3. Use a problem-oriented approach to relate ECG findings with actual clinical presentations and explore the differential diagnoses for the patients.
