Course Description
Intended Outcomes for the course
Upon completion of this class students should be able to:
- Perform U-JAM Dance fitness choreography at a beginning/intermediate level.
- Articulate an understanding of interval training and its benefits to fitness.
- Improve overall physical conditioning and fitness.
Course Activities and Design
*Perform safe and effective U-Jam fitness choreography
*Identify different rhythms, step patterns and techniques associated with world music
*Develop lifelong fitness, health and wellness

*Pre/post fitness testing
*Individual fitness programs

*Demonstrations of proficiency
