Highlights assessing patient needs, creating personalized oral health plans, and effectively communicating preventive measures. Provides the necessary knowledge and skills to educate patients on oral health.

Intended Outcomes for the course

Upon successful completion of the course students should be able to:

  1. Demonstrate proficiency in applying fundamental oral hygiene techniques for tooth-brushing and interdental cleaning.
  2. Assess individual patient's oral health needs.
  3. Design individualized oral hygiene plans for patients.
