Course Description

This 10-hour workshop focuses on the stress control, time management, and interpersonal communication triangle. While learning to function effectively under pressure, participants will learn how to maintain good relationships, conquer interruptions, manage meetings, and build self-esteem. Audit available.

Intended Outcomes for the course

Apply basic principles of stress control and time management to maintain good relationships, manage interruptions, and build self-confidence.

Change personal strategies to communicate assertively while building win-win agreements.

Function effectively under pressure by balancing time demands, personal stress, and communication challenges.
