Faculty – online accommodation management system

What faculty need to know

  • Look in your email for important notifications. Information that is sent via email can also be accessed online using the faculty login to access the instructor dashboard. The most up-to-date information is always available on the instructor dashboard (log in with your MyPCC credentials).
  • Use the faculty login link on the Accessible Ed & Disability Resources homepage to access the Instructor Dashboard.
  • Complete the Testing Agreement form if you wish to have the Testing Centers assist in proctoring accommodated exams, or use the option to indicate you won’t be needing the assistance of the Testing Centers. The agreement form must be completed if you wish to have the testing center proctor on your behalf, and the forms can be completed either through the emailed links, or via the instructor dashboard.   • Upload your syllabus. This can assist Accessible Ed & Disability Resources personnel when providing academic coaching for students, and can also be beneficial when we are working to coordinate requests for specific services.

Technical assistance

Accessible Ed & Disability Resources is available to work with students or employees individually to ensure they know how to use the accommodation management system. Any student who does not wish to use the online interface is still able to accomplish all the same tasks by coming in to meet with us. For students who wish to use the system, but want extra practice and support, we have group lab sessions, drop in hours, or individual appointments.
