Get to know your online faculty mentor

The Online Training and Development Team at PCC offers guidance and support to academic programs across the college with respect to faculty training, best practices in teaching, online course adoptions, presentations, workshops, and collaborative projects focused on instructional quality in online, remote, and hybrid modalities. This team works with academic program leadership, individual faculty, and the other OL teams (Course Design, Help Desk, etc.) to build and maintain clear lines of communication and processes so that faculty have support and collaborative opportunities to engage in developing and updating their teaching practices in digital modalities.

The T&D team is led by three Full Time Digital Learning Facilitators (Gretchen Gebhardt, Paul Montone, and Vicki Jeffries-Bilton), who work with faculty coordinators and mentors to provide individual and group support to particular subject areas.
