In order to access your VA Education benefits, you need to submit the following paperwork to the VEBO office.
What do I need to provide?
Veterans Specialists are available at each campus and paperwork can be submitted from your PCC email address to veterans@pcc.edu.
Veterans and transfer of entitlement
- Veterans Education Benefits Office Rights & Responsibilities
- Request for change of program or place of training: Form 22-1995
- Please omit your bank information
- This form is not required for CH 31 VR&E
- Certificate of Eligibility (COE) that you received from the VA when you applied for benefits.
How to find your COE
- Log in to e-benefits
- Select “Manage Your Benefits” on the welcome page
- Under “Manage Benefits”, select “Education”
- In “Manage Your education Benefits”, you will see your benefit type listed as “Post 9/11 GI Bill® Enrollment Status”
- Select your “Enrollment Status” link
- Print or take a screenshot of the page titled “Education enrollment Status” making sure that all information listed is viewable on the copy

- Please omit your bank information
- Certificate of Eligibility (COE) that you received from the VA when you applied for benefits.
- If you need a copy of your COE, please call the VA at 888-GIBILL-1.
