MFG Day, an initiative of the Manufacturing Institute—the workforce development and education affiliate of the National Association of Manufacturers—empowers manufacturers to unite and address their collective challenges while building excitement about manufacturing careers to help their communities and future generations thrive. Through engaging hands-on activities, this event offers students and educators an opportunity to understand the manufacturing industry. Participants will learn from a curated group of companies and educational institutions, to explore advanced manufacturing tools, equipment, and techniques, and connect with potential employers. This experience enables students to connect with potential employers and make informed decisions about their career and education goals, while providing employers the opportunity to tap into a developing workforce.
