I’ve worked at PCC for over 15 years and love working here because PCC students are amazing and inspiring. I’m fortunate to get to know many incredible first-year students and work alongside you as you start your college journey. Going to college changed my life and I want every PCC student to have opportunities to create a life they will love. I’m excited to be part of your First Year Experience support team.

My name is Tania and I am excited to be part of the FYE team at PCC! I enjoy building meaningful connections with students through community building workshops, clubs/co-curricular programs, academic support, and personal guidance. As a first-generation student, I understand the complexity of navigating the higher education system and I look forward to coaching you through your first year at PCC. I am excited to meet you! This is my first year with PCC as the First Year Mentorship Coordinator for Queer & Trans student success, and I’m excited to help develop and offer new programs to students. I look forward to working with first-year students as their journey begins. I prioritize building strong, meaningful relationships and fostering a real sense of community. Hello! My name is Jake Hutchins, and I am very excited to be working in Student Success as part of the FYE team. College is an extremely important, complicated, and memorable process that opens the door for opportunities we haven’t yet imagined. Hi! My name is Roselia Ekhause and I have worked in the PCC onboarding process for about two years now. I am excited to work as FYE coach and continue to assist students in their transition and future career at PCC. I looked forward to creating a space where students can go to get connected to resources to help eliminate barriers impacting their ability to succeed academically but more importantly, be a part of a community where all students feel safe and welcome no matter their identities.
