In 2023–24, the PCC Foundation awarded $2.3 million in scholarships.

Thank you to the 1,541 donors who supported PCC students as they pursue their dreams. More than 400 donors made a first-time gift and nearly 1,300 of our supporters gave $1,000 or less. Together, every gift collectively helps build brighter futures for students.

As of June 30, 2024, the PCC Foundation had 250 individual scholarship funds. We deeply appreciate how these donors help support student success!

$7,000 estimated annual tuition at PCC for full-time resident student.

Each year, we receive three times more applications for financial aid than the available scholarship funds can cover. We’re dedicated to expanding our scholarship program to help more students in need. We can achieve this growth with the support of donors like you!

This year, we celebrate 10 new named scholarship funds.

AAUW Hillsboro/Forest Grove Annual Scholarship

    This scholarship is for nontraditional students who are pursuing a degree or certificate in Nursing, Dental Assisting, Health Information Management, Medical Assisting, Medical Imaging, Medical Laboratory Technology or Ophthalmic Technology. This scholarship is funded by members of the American Association of University Women of Hillsboro/Forest Grove.

Carl Yao Annual Scholarship

    This scholarship is for students who demonstrate satisfactory academic progress and demonstrate financial need. This scholarship is funded by PCC faculty member Carl Yao.

Heritage Woodworking and Millwright Endowed Scholarship

    This scholarship is for students enrolled in courses or programs in Welding Technology, Machine Manufacturing Technology, Woodworking, Manual Trades, Construction Trades or similar crafts and trades. This scholarship was launched with a gift from the Landers-Bree Heritage Woodwork and Millwright Foundation, Inc.

Krista Davis Tonn Memorial Endowed Scholarship

    This scholarship is for students pursuing a degree or certificate in Gerontology, Health Information Management, Medical Assisting, Medical Laboratory Technician, Nursing or Radiology.

Lisa Boylan Memorial Endowed Scholarship

    This scholarship is for students pursuing a degree or certificate in Gerontology, with a preference for nontraditional students. This scholarship was launched by the family of Lisa Boylan, a former PCC student.

Lucille Barton Radiography Annual and Endowed Scholarships

    These scholarships are for students enrolled in the Radiography program and who demonstrate financial need. These scholarships are funded by an anonymous donor.

New Beginnings in Healthcare Annual and Endowed Scholarships

    These scholarships are for students who demonstrate financial need and are pursuing a degree or certificate in the Healthcare and Emergency Professions, with a preference for nontraditional students. These scholarships are funded by Rachel Ogburn.

Robert and Darlene Stutte Family Annual and Endowed Scholarships

    These scholarships are for students who demonstrate financial need with a preference given to students studying business. These scholarships are funded by Bob Stutte, a former PCC student.

The Seabury Foundation Annual Scholarship

    This scholarship is for students pursuing a degree or certificate in Addiction Counseling, Child and Family Studies, Education, Medical Assisting or Nursing, with a preference for nontraditional students. This scholarship is funded by The Seabury Foundation.

The Teleia Goddard Family Endowed Scholarship

    This scholarship is for students who are nontraditional or returning to school. This scholarship is funded by the Teleia Goddard Family and honors their late mother.
