In our assignment, we created a five drawing series based on a word given to us by our art professor. The word for this assignment is "Intervention." When I first heard that word, I took a different approach spiritually to create many drawings inspired by a "Divine Intervention." I heard a lot of people begging or thanking their savior for help when they're in the hospital. Including a story from my dad when he saw an angel coming into his room to heal his pain from a heart attack. So I thought of painting and drawing a patient reaching towards the light. I experimented with both warm and cold colors for the paint. So for this blue color theme, it is up to the viewers to imagine the symbolism behind the color or just think that it is just a color to tie in the hospital gown.
