Pop art, hidden understandings, high contrast, pandemic commentary.

A painting of a man holding a dove in his hand and against his chest. He is standing in the rain on the roof top of a building. He is mostly in the shadows, surrounded by steam from below, but is backlight by a large, bright neon sign which reflects onto his skin and the bright white dove.

The painting is an illustration of an art deco bathroom with a bold, symmetrical gold band along the wall which frames the bathtub. It is lit from above by a single chrome dome light, and flanked by bright fluorescent sconces that hang on emerald colored walls with shiny mirrors. In the center of the room is the bathtub, which is partly closed by a sheer white curtain.
