In this painting I explored the feeling of being distanced from the important people in my life. The painting shows two anonymous human figures in the same abstract space but unable to actually see or recognize each other. Without facial expression, their positions imply an oblivious state. The spiral structure and the cold monochromatic composition further explain the feeling of isolation while missing someone else.
