This photo is from the final project of my last Digital Photography class. This photo is a visual interpretation of identifying as a Queer Person of Color in this country. It relates to personal identity and emotional grit combined with social hardship. Using a tripod, Digital Camera, lights, makeup, and a backdrop, I wanted to focus on capturing my experienced emotion from the oppression I have faced.
