This paining was for the Sill Life assignment. This was my first time using oil so there was a lot of trial and error in this painting. When deciding what I wanted to have in my still life I wanted to pick things that challenged me a little and looked cute and cohesive together. The light shining through the clear quartz prism was the extra challenge and detail I was excited to try out.
