This print was the final project for my Mokuhanga class where we had to make a new version of a print from earlier in the term. I focused on creating effects of depth, atmosphere, and transparency through the use of negative space and color separation, as well as printing with gradations. The imagery relates to the concept of past selves, and one's inner mental world as a physical space.
