In this project I experimented with incorporating methods of etching that were new to me, such as soft ground, using tusche wash as a resist for aquatint, and printing À la poupée (with multiple colors on one plate.) The different visual elements in the print explore the mythological symbolism of the labyrinth, and the relationship between biology and our growing architectural and industrial environment.
