I took this photograph for my self portrait self series. I focused on the movement of my head to create split in my skull. I also focused on the texture of the jewelry and clothing. This image relates to what you would see if you took a psychedelic and things went wrong. I wanted the image to appear as if the subject was moving in slow motion.
