Providing Easy Access to Data and Information

    • Maintained simple and easy to use web presence of regularly updated reports and data collections such as YESS Student Success Reports, Peer Comparison Data, Degrees and Certificate Trends, PCC Student Transfers, and others
Upholding State, Federal and other Regulatory Reporting Standards
  • Higher Education Coordinating Commission (HECC)
    • Submitted quarterly and annual reporting files, FTE audit resolution, Voluntary Framework of Accountability supplemental file and SB 1520 report
    • Piloted process to collect data on student parent status
  • Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS)
    • Produced eight reports and as institutional keyholder, verified and locked all twelve PCC IPEDS submissions

  • Created new Tableau dashboards, updated Argos dashboards, developed training videos and documentation
Regularly Reporting PCC Enrollments
  • Developed new Argos FTE by Reimbursement Code, FTE by Subject and Modality and FTE by Organization Code Reports and training materials
  • Provided weekly enrollment reports beginning 3 weeks prior to start of each term
Supporting Grant Development and Reporting Needs
  • Generated data for needs section of TRIO/SSS Grant application
  • Provided data for HEPIS Waiver of Eligibility Application
  • Provided reporting support for funded grants (i.e. Title III, EXITO, RETA, eGist, BOOST, NSF-MESA, etc.)
  • Assisted CAMP grant with focus group support, reflection writing data analysis, assessment/survey instrument development and planning documents
Practicing Continuous Improvement
  • Created online IE Data Dictionary
  • Expanded IE data warehouse tables and refined IE Internal Spaces organization
  • Completed SQR to SQL conversion of state annual reporting programs
  • Created new publicly available Tableau dashboards and Argos reports –  such as PCC Entrance by School District, Majors by Academic Year, Demographics by Subject, Course Progression Tool, and Subject/Course Success Rates by Gender and Race/Ethnicity
