• Accessibility training.  This term, part-time credit instructors are eligible for up to $125 in stipends based on completing a series of four (4) Accessibility training sessions completed between  June 17, 2024, and August 30, 2024. Registration through Cornerstone: Accessibility training & stipend information.
• Panorama-Accessibility tool in Brightspace
  As of Summer 2024 the Ally Accessibility Tool in Brightspace will be replaced by Panorama. Participants in this course will explore the new features and learn how to pair existing accessibility practices with the new tool.   Learn how to engage and establish a collaborative rapport with students by using VoiceThread, an external learning tool that emphasizes audio and video participation. If so, this training session will not only answer that question, but also how to (1) design student-centered module structures; (2) use up-to-date HTML templates to create stylish content; and (3) convert Word files, PDFs, PowerPoint slides, and Google Docs into course webpages with perfect accessibility scores.
