Instructor Qualifications

CS – Computer Science Instructor Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferred.

OR

Demonstrated Competency:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field AND at least 5 years of relevant academic or industry experience.

OR

Demonstrated Competency for specific courses:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field AND at least 5 years of relevant academic or industry experience.

For all 100 level courses:

For each course, the instructor must have a minimum of five years professional experience gained through a combination of study, teaching experience, and/or professional performance in the subject area.
