For criminal record expungement, please come in for our weekly expungement clinics. The clinics are held in person every Friday, from 12 to 4pm. (Expungement clinic closed May 6, 2022)

Please do not fill out another expungement form. Filling out a different expungement form will not result in you receiving expungement services sooner. It only clogs up the system for our other clinics.

Also please be aware, while we may be able to assist with criminal record expungement for charges in the state of Oregon, not all criminal records are eligible for expungement. Your charges may not be eligible for expungement if any of the following apply:

You have any open criminal cases or any warrants anywhere in the U.S, and/or you are currently on post-prison supervision.
Within the past seven years you have had criminal convictions in other states, municipal (city) courts, or federal courts, or have had any Oregon convictions expunged.
You owe money to the court on any of the cases that you are trying to expunge.
