Hello! My name is Linden (she/they) and I’m happy to be part of the PCC Library team. I am so energized by the experience of learning with students; every day I get a chance to engage with learners in such a wide range of topics, and it really satisfies my curious brain. I believe wholeheartedly in creativity in research, in considering how we can learn in all areas of our lives, from experiences and conversations as well as from books and articles. I also teach graduate courses at Pacific Northwest College of Art, where I was a reference librarian for several years, and am building a library at the Five Oaks Museum, located on the Rock Creek campus. In my free time, I love making and looking at art, hiking with my partner and our dogs, reading fiction and poetry, fishing, baking, and knitting. Oh, and I love old-school country music!
