You can chat directly with a PCC librarian to get answers to your library and research questions during many of PCC Library’s open hours.

Chat with a Librarian

When PCC librarians are not available on chat you can:

• Schedule a research help appointment with a librarian.
• Email a PCC librarian and receive an answer the next day, usually in the morning.
• Click the “Chat with a librarian” button above to chat with an after-hours librarian from the Answerland service. The Answerland service is an online reference service where Oregon librarians help Oregon residents find answers to questions and provide research guidance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (learn more about Answerland). Please give your email address if you would like follow-up from a PCC librarian.
