- Giving inmates another chance
- Inmates are getting direction in mapping out a life plan at the Coffee Creek women's correctional facility in Wilsonville, which has partnered with Portland Community College's Workforce Development Program. PCC is teaching inmates basic life skills and vocational skills so they can get back on their feet. Posted February 13, 2003
