- SYLVANIA CAMPUS - The Portland Community College Filipino American Student Association has received a $1,000 PCC Diversity Grant to conduct a Tagalog Language and Culture Workshop for students and the community. - SYLVANIA CAMPUS - The Grants Office at Portland Community College announced that the Equity Foundation has awarded the PCC Foundation a one-year, $1,300 grant to support the Illumination Project.
