- From dropout to dean, Gondara takes the right path
- PORTLAND, ORE. - Brooke Gondara was a high school drop out. She is now the dean of the Social Sciences Division at the Sylvania Campus and she is the first woman from the Northern Cheyenne Nation to earn an academic doctorate. - Ceramics sale at Rock Creek Campus
- The Ceramics Guild of the Rock Creek Campus is hosting a pottery sale Monday, May 23 through Friday, May 27 at the campus art gallery and atrium of Building 3. - SYLVANIA CAMPUS - The student government at the Sylvania Campus of Portland Community College is in the midst of a four-day postcard campaign to alert state legislators of the impact on their lives from tuition increases and the lack of accessibility to community colleges in the state. - PCC students adapt Greek play to reflect modern times
- PORTLAND, Ore. - The Theater Arts program at Portland Community College presents the provocative Greek comedy, "Lysistrata," adapted by PCC students. The student cast took the play, written in 411 B.C. by Aristophanes, and updated it to reflect today's fast-paced social realities. The play is directed by Mark Collmer, part-time theater arts technician at PCC. Posted May 5, 2005
