PCC-branded business card order form

All business card orders are processed in the order they are received and as workload allows. You will receive an email with a PDF proof of your design to review before the cards are printed. If you need your order processed quickly for an upcoming event, please note your “needed by” date in the additional notes section.

Business cards are the standard 2” x 3.5” format.

To request sets of cards for multiple individuals, please complete this order form with the “multiple sets” option. You will need to download and fill in this spreadsheet template with each individual’s details, then submit the completed spreadsheet to printcen@pcc.edu [opens in new window]. A new order needs to be submitted for each re-order or new batch of cards.

All new card designs will accrue a $15 design/set-up fee. Reorders: this fee will be waived or adjusted to reflect any requested changes to your design.

Billing and shipping information

All billing and shipping information is required. This section of information is for billing only, and will not be used in the card design. Please verify that your information is accurate to ensure the correct account is being billed and completed cards are delivered to the correct location.
Your order(s) will be delivered via intercampus mail to the designated campus dropoff. Central Distribution will not deliver directly to your office or desk.
Will you be paying with a FOAP account or another payment method?*
A FOAP is an account number assigned to different PCC departments and program budgets. The Print Center does not keep this information and cannot provide it for you. Please request this information from your department Administrative Assistant to ensure you are using the correct account.

Business card information

Most personal information on cards is optional. We will input the information as it is provided to us – please verify the information before submitting. Custom logos and non-PCC URLs are not permitted on PCC-branded products, we appreciate your adherence to these guidelines.

Designs in this section are set and cannot be customized with other options.
The Print Center will send the submitter a proof of the business card(s) requested before printing. The Print Center will not print your card(s) until an approval has been received. Please review your proof carefully before approving.

Marketing Approved Branding

PCC's brand-approved business card templates were developed by the Marketing & Communications team. Modifications to these templates are prohibited unless approved by the Marketing team prior to production. Adjustments to templates may be considered if the modifications fall within PCC brand standards.
