Please fill out this form as completely as possible to ensure an accurate estimate of pricing. The final bill may be different than the estimate if different items are requested when your order is placed. The Print Center will make every effort to notify you of any changes before the project is completed.

For a more efficient process and accurate estimate, please provide the following information if available:

  • Printing setup – Color or Black ink only? What is the finished Size? Will there be Bleeds?
  • Quantities – How many pages is the document (how many originals)? How many copies are needed? 
  • Finishing needs – Do we need to cut? Laminate? Bind or Fold?
