The Program

Learn how mindfulness and neuroscience unlock hidden strengths and the power of intentionality. With these solution-oriented interventions, you will help clients rewire their brains to more effectively regulate their emotions and manage daily stress.

The Instructor

surjaSurja Tjahaja holds an MBA degree from the University of Southern California. He is especially interested in how meditation promotes neuroplasticity and healing. A BRAINET board member (associated with OHSU), Surja draws upon scientific understanding in his teaching as well as his 19 years of meditation practice and chaplaincy experiences. He currently teaches meditation in the Portland, Oregon area in the cities of West Linn, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, and Oregon City.
