Includes administration, occupancy classification, building area & height, construction types, interior environments, and fire resistive standards for small commercial and multi-story structures. Prerequisite: (WR 115 or IRW 115) and MTH 20 or equivalent placement. Audit available. (See course content and outcomes.)
