BA226 Business Law I
Discusses fundamental concepts, principles, and rules of law that apply to business transactions. Includes the function and operation of the courts, alternative dispute resolution, torts, contract law, product liability, intellectual property, and recent developments in business law, such as cybercrime, social media and privacy.
