MUC120A Sight Singing/Ear Training I

Introduces the skills needed to sing notation at sight and to identify and notate aural examples. Includes meter, rhythm, intervals, the major scale, solfeggio and simple diatonic melodies. This is the first course in a three-course sequence. Recommended: concurrent enrollment in MUC 101, MUC 130A, and MUC 140A. Audit available. (See course content and outcomes.)
