Details about this class

This is an in-person (F2F) class that meets on campus twice weekly. Class structure includes lecture, film, and student discussions. Students also engage in several mini-research projects that focus on such things as norm violations, food insecurity, kinship, protest songs, and globalization.

The course uses a free online e-textbook, Perspectives 2nd edition. (A printed textbook is available for purchase at the bookstore).
