Details about this class
This course is a remote course with weekly Zoom meetings on Tuesdays from 10:00 - 11:50 a.m. The instructor will also hold weekly Zoom office hours and Zoom meetings will also be available via appointment if help is needed. Recorded help lectures (where applicable) are also embedded in the weekly modules for additional support.
Once registered and you have access to D2L, get started by simply clicking the Content page and going through each Weekly module. Make sure to review the 'Intro to Online Learning' Section and your Class Information section for important details.
Finally... you must complete the Introductory Activity and submit an Academic Integrity Statement to your instructor by 5:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the quarter to retain your spot in class. Students not completing this step will be dropped from the class per PCC policy. Thanks for your cooperation!

The cost for the required digital materials for this course, including the textbook, have been included in your class fee. Links to access these materials will be done through the weekly models in D2L. We will be using the Publisher's learning platform, SIMNet, to complete assignments.

Required Software
Microsoft Office
Students must use Microsoft Office 365 for this course, which is available free to current students.
MAC users must either have the dual-booting system (Partition) that runs a Microsoft Operating system, access to a Windows computer, or use PCC Splashtop access to complete this course. MAC users needing Splashtop must inform your instructor as soon as possible so they can request Splashtop access.
Tableau for Students
This class requires the use of Tableau. Students will be given free access to Tableau once the course begins.
No show policy
Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
