BA 277 Professional Ethics in Business
This course is designed to provide you with the tools and insights needed to make ethical decisions in today’s dynamic and evolving business environment. In a world where business practices and community expectations are constantly changing, the ability to navigate ethical dilemmas is more important than ever. Ethical decision-making is critical not only for personal integrity but also for the long-term success of organizations and the trust they build within the communities they serve.
What you can expect:
We will meet in person every Tuesday at the Rock Creek Campus. This is a hybrid course, blending in-person sessions with an online component to give you flexibility and engagement. Throughout the course, we’ll cover topics like ethical standards, decision-making models, codes of conduct, and character development.
By the end of BA 277, you’ll be able to identify ethical dilemmas in business contexts, apply various ethical frameworks to navigate complex situations, and understand how ethics play a pivotal role in decision-making processes. Our hybrid format combines live, in-person engagement with online resources, ensuring a balanced and dynamic learning experience. Whether you're in the classroom or exploring materials online, I am committed to creating an interactive and flexible environment that supports your success.
