Presents residential remodeling construction strategies and processes commonly encountered by remodelers. Covers obtaining building permits, as well as hands-on remodeling projects involving (but not limited to) framing, concrete, interior and exterior finish, and basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical ventilation.
