Introduces the principles, practices, models, and issues involved in case management. Covers skill development including assessment, intake interviewing, service delivery, and information management. Prerequisites: (WR 115 and RD 115) or IRW 115 and MTH 20 or equivalent placement. Prerequisite/concurrent: HUS 101, HUS 102, HUS 141, HUS 131, and HUS 121.
