Training for all areas of physician coding, including Anesthesia, Surgery, and Ancillary procedure services using AAPC Curriculum. Please note: students also need CEU 3368 for Office procedures, Evaluation and Management and ICD-10-CM coding. Both courses employ a modular design with live, on line lectures; course assignment work with mock exams based on CPC certification exam. Combined, the classes include enough information to pass the CPC certification test.

Training for medical coding: ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS, using the AAPC CPC Curriculum.

CEU3369 AAPC Medical Coding B covers the CPT sections on Anesthesia, Surgery, Radiology, Pathology & Laboratory coding. This course employs a modular design with live online and recorded lectures, and is arranged by weekly release of assignments, and quizzes. Students can expect to invest invest 15-20 hours a week for lecture, reading and homework in order to be successful in this course. Online courses require that students have basic to intermediate computer savvy, and are skilled in personal discipline, task organization and time management.This class requires the students to exchange Word documents or pdf's for assignments.
