Learn the foundational terms and concepts, including attachment theories and trauma, mindfulness, difference and diversity, and application in communities of the Interpersonal Neurobiology field.

Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) addresses relational neuroscience in an integrative and applied manner. Join professionals from many disciplines in exploring and applying Interpersonal Neurobiology. During this 7 month, cohort-based program you will explore and apply core IPNB concepts as a cohort. Topics include neuroscience, polyvagal theory, mindfulness, trauma and attachment, difference and inclusion, emotional regulation, learning and memory, and much more!

IPNB’s holistic, science-based approach provides practical tools with profound applications for many professions.

This is term 2 of 2 terms. Courses are live-streamed via Zoom, plus an In Person Immersion weekend during the second term.
