Details about this class
This term we will focus on the essential elements of 3D modeling and animation in Blender and generally. We will cover 3D modeling from creating basic outlines of shapes to realistic detailed models with realistic textures and materials. We will also introduce several varieties of animation including the essentials of key-framing, shape keys, physics simulations, and extremely basic rigging and armature creation.
I allow students to resubmit any assignments they want to try again, and I provide tutorial videos/video evaluations of each students assignment.
Make sure you have at least an hour a week to do homework for this class!

You will need to have a good internet connection, and either a computer that can run Blender or the ability to attend open studio hours on Cascade Campus.
