Details about this class

Hello!

I'm so glad to hear you are interested in the practice of Yoga! This 5,000-year old practice focuses on physical, mental and spiritual disciplines aimed to calm and still the mind. Ultimately to help us better manage our stress through different relaxation techniques and to create balance in the body by building strength and flexibility.

This course is fully online, BUT I will be with you every step of the way. We will keep in touch through weekly class discussions via D2L, your Practice Journal and we can chat via email or connect on Zoom at any time. I want to make sure you have flexibility both on and off your mat :)

If you want to get a better sense of who I am and how I teach, please check out my bio here! If you have questions about class expectations please send me an email (kelsey.deacon@pcc.edu [opens in new window]). I hope to practice with you this term!

Much gratitude,

Kelsey Deacon
