Details about this class

This mind body class explores the professional development for the mind body careers including:

Yoga

Breath work

Fascial release and movement

Meditation

QiGong and Tai Chi

Pilates

We meet every M/W from 11-12:20 PM in-person and then there is required online work each week (about 1 hour). 

You will practice teaching in the above mentioned mind body activities to small groups, finishing with a longer teaching to your peers and final project.

There is no additional technology required for this class.

No show policy

Your instructor can mark you as a "no show" if you do not participate in your class during the first week. This will remove you from the class. It is important to log in as soon as the class starts to see what the participation requirements are.
