Details about this class
This course will provide basics for audio programming and specifically an introduction to MAX 8 from cycling '74. Sharing and discussing work by all participants is essential to the class as everyone will be utilizing the material in ways informed by their own perspective and background. Grading will be based on projects that culminate in a final project - all of which will be presented in class. At the end of the course, a successful participant will have an approach and understanding of audio programming, allowing them to further explore and develop an expressive and personally customizable creative environment using audio technology.
